GARHWA: In a major employment initiative for local youth, SIS Limited has launched a recruitment drive across all block offices of Garhwa district. The selection camps, scheduled from January 2 to January 20, 2026, aim to recruit security personnel from both urban and rural areas of the district.

According to P.K. Singh, Group Commandant of the SIS Central Training Centre at Belchampa, Garhwa, the recruitment camps are being organized to offer permanent employment opportunities to unemployed youths. Each applicant will be required to pay ₹350 as an online registration fee during the enrollment process.
Candidates selected during the camp must report to the company’s Central Training Centre in Belchampa, where their medical checks and document verification will be conducted. After successful verification, candidates will be enrolled for professional training.
SIS Limited has outlined the following minimum requirements for applicants: as education: matric pass or fail, height: 167.5 cm, weight: 56 kg to 90 kg, age: 19 to 40 years.
After enrollment, all trainees will receive uniforms, shoes, and essential training materials free of cost. The programme includes physical, mental, and intellectual training, designed to prepare candidates for professional security duties. Following one month of training, candidates will be deployed across India based on company requirements.
Recruited personnel will receive a monthly salary along with comprehensive employment benefits such as EPF, ESI, gratuity, family pension, and group insurance. The recruitment process is being conducted under the Government of India’s ELI Scheme, through which each employed candidate will receive ₹15,000 within one year as government support.
Additionally, selected candidates will undergo Civil Defence training organized by the Ministry of Home Affairs.
