New Delhi: The Central Electricity Authority (CEA), under the Ministry of Power, will organise a two-day international conference-cum-exhibition on “Making Indian Power Sector AI Enabled” on October 14-15 at the Manekshaw Centre, New Delhi.
The conclave will bring together Union Ministers, policymakers, industry leaders, technology experts and researchers to explore the use of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in enhancing efficiency, reliability and sustainability across the power sector.
Key discussions will focus on AI-driven power generation, renewable energy integration, grid modernisation, cybersecurity, green data centres, rooftop solar systems and supply chain management. The event will also feature an exhibition of emerging technologies and a special youth session on AI, innovation and career opportunities in the energy sector.
Aligned with Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s vision of technology-led growth, the conclave aims to accelerate collaboration between government, industry and academia while supporting India’s energy transition, Viksit Bharat 2047 goals and Net-Zero emissions target by 2070. Stakeholders interested in participating can register through the CEA website.
