GARHWA Belchampa, SIS Limited organized a grand convocation ceremony today at its Belchampa training center to mark the successful completion of training for 64 newly inducted officers. Selected through a rigorous recruitment process, the trainees underwent 90 days of intensive physical, mental, and intellectual training before being deployed to various regions across the country.
After 90 days of rigorous training, new officers take oath of duty and integrity in a grand ceremony marked by tributes, parade, and cultural festivities.
The event was graced by senior officials from the company’s corporate office, including Chief Executive Officer Vinay Kumar Srivastava, Chief Operating Officer Narayan Lenka, SS Ojha, Senior President RP Singh, President Hiranya Mohanty, Executive President Dinesh Gupta, and Vice President Amiya Shankar. The dignitaries paid homage to martyrs by laying wreaths at the memorial site, expressing deep respect and gratitude for their sacrifice.
A highlight of the ceremony was a spectacular parade by the trainees, who saluted the guests with precision and discipline. Following the parade, the dignitaries conferred ranks upon the officers, honoring their achievement and encouraging them to uphold the highest standards of duty and integrity.
Addressing the gathering, CEO Vinay Kumar Srivastava emphasized the importance of accountability, responsibility, diligence, dedication, hard work, and honesty in their professional roles. He urged the officers to remain committed to their responsibilities and serve with unwavering integrity.
The day-long celebration concluded with a grand dinner and a vibrant cultural program, adding a festive touch to the solemn occasion. The event details were shared by Group Commander Pradeep Kumar Singh, with 2IC Sunil Prasad and Training Officer Babool Jal also present during the ceremony.
