Garhwa: In an important administrative engagement, MLA’s representative Arun Tiwari met newly appointed Deputy Commissioner (DC) Pashupati Nath Mishra on Monday, marking an initial step towards enhancing coordination between public representatives and the district administration. The meeting, held at his office, was termed a courtesy visit, but included detailed discussions on the district’s key developmental concerns.
During the interaction, Tiwari highlighted several immediate challenges facing the region, particularly in areas such as road infrastructure, drinking water supply, healthcare services, and the execution of ongoing welfare schemes. He stressed the need for close monitoring of developmental projects to ensure timely completion and urged the administration to streamline processes so that government benefits reach eligible citizens without unnecessary delay. He also underscored the importance of strengthening grievance redressal systems to enable faster resolution of public issues.
Deputy Commissioner Pashupati Nath Mishra, who recently took charge, reiterated his commitment to ensuring transparent, accountable, and people-centric governance. He emphasised that effective collaboration between administrative officials and public representatives would play a vital role in delivering sustainable development and improving service delivery at the grassroots level.
