Garhwa: Divisional Commissioner Kumud Sahay arrived in Garhwa on an official visit on Thursday and was accorded a guard of honour at the Circuit House. The ceremonial welcome was held in the presence of Deputy Development Commissioner (DDC) Pashupati Nath Mishra and Superintendent of Police Aman Kumar and other officials.
On her arrival, district officials received the Divisional Commissioner and briefed her about the schedule of the visit. Senior administrative and police officers were present during the guard of honour, reflecting the importance of the visit.
During her stay in Garhwa, the Divisional Commissioner is expected to hold meetings with district officials and review various administrative and developmental works. Detailed discussions on governance, law and order, and implementation of government schemes are also likely to take place.
