NEW DELHI: A grand felicitation ceremony was organised in Dwarka, New Delhi, on Sunday to honour Honorary Captain Devendra Kumar Tiwari for his distinguished service to the nation. The event witnessed the participation of ex-servicemen, families of defence personnel, social workers, and prominent citizens from various walks of life, who gathered to pay tribute to his exemplary military career.
