Holi Is a Festival of Social Harmony and Mutual Love; Dr. T. Piyush

GARHWA: On the festive occasion of Holi, a special literary programme titled Kavyanuragi, dedicated to emerging writers, was organised at Utsav Garden, Nawada Mod. Hosted under the banner of Pandit Harsh Dwivedi Kala Manch, the event brought together young poets and literature enthusiasts from across the region, transforming the venue into a vibrant centre of poetic expression.

The programme began with traditional rituals and cultural elements reflecting the spirit of Holi. Chief Guest Dr. T. Piyush, addressing the gathering, emphasised the deeper significance of the festival. He remarked that Holi is not merely a celebration of colours but a symbol of social harmony, goodwill, and the triumph of righteousness. Expressing concern over the changing nature of festivities, he urged people to preserve the cultural dignity and moral values associated with Holi.

Introducing the event, Pramod Kumar explained that ‘Kavyanuragi’ aims to provide a meaningful platform for budding poets to showcase their talent. He noted that literature mirrors society and such initiatives help strengthen cultural consciousness in the community.

Other participants also delivered impactful and emotive recitations, receiving appreciation from the audience. Their compositions reflected a harmonious blend of festive colours, social messages, and human emotions.

The programme was effectively anchored by Neeraj Shridhar ‘Swargiya’, whose engaging style ensured a smooth and disciplined flow of events.

At the conclusion, organisers extended gratitude to all participants and attendees, expressing commitment to continue such creative initiatives in the future. The event left a lasting impression, offering a unique fusion of Holi’s vibrancy and literary artistry.

The success of the programme was supported by Pradeep Kumar (Director, Geetansh TV & Films), Anil Soni (Proprietor, Utsav Garden), along with contributions from Sarita Devi and Sameer Kumar.
