GARHWA: A Special Jail Lok Adalat held in district court, which has ordered the release of three prisoners including – Sunil Korwa, Manish Kumar Gupta and Md. Naik Siddiqui who were arrested in thievery related cases.
The released order was passed from the court of Santosh Anand Prasad following the satisfactory behaviors of all accused persons during the prison.
The Lok Adalat was held here on Saturday in compliance with the directions passed by the high-powered committee cum State Legal Services Authority, Jharkhand.
While, District Principal Judge Yogeshwar Mani administered this. A total of eight cases taken up for hearing, three were decided by the Lok Adalat today.
On this occasion, DLSA Secretary Sandeep Nishay Bara, SDM Ms Sangeeta, Jail Panel Advocate Ashok Kumar, Shiv Kumar, Din Dayal Pathak, and court officers Pramod Kumar Dubey, Alok Kumar, Deepak Kumar, Amar Kumar and Bhushan Tiwari were also present.
