New Delhi: In a move aimed at enhancing commuter experience on National Highways, the National Highways Authority of India (NHAI) has introduced a new ‘Toll Plaza Feedback’ feature on the Rajmargyatra mobile application. The initiative is designed to enable highway users to share their experiences at toll plazas and support efforts to make road travel safer, smoother and more convenient.
The newly launched feature provides commuters with a simple and user-friendly platform to rate toll plaza services and submit suggestions or complaints. Annual Pass users will receive notifications through the Rajmargyatra app after crossing a toll plaza, inviting them to provide feedback on their experience. Additionally, all app users can access the “Toll Plaza Feedback” option from the menu section and submit reviews for any toll plaza across the National Highway network.
Users can rate their experience on a defined scale, select journey-related feedback options and add remarks regarding issues or service quality. The feedback mechanism is expected to help NHAI identify areas requiring improvement, monitor service standards and address user concerns more effectively.
NHAI has urged National Highway users to actively participate in the initiative by sharing their experiences through the Rajmargyatra app. According to the authority, greater citizen participation will play a crucial role in improving toll plaza operations and enhancing overall service delivery across the country’s expanding National Highway network.
