NEW DELHI: PeopleStrong, a leading human capital consulting firm on Wednesday has revealed the acquisition of a salary and compensation tech platform PayReview.
PeopleStrong said in a statement that it would aid data driven talent strategies for clients and improve business profitability in Asia Pacific region in particular. With the integration of compensation tech to their human capital and talent management platform, HR and people leaders of client companies will have a single platform to orchestrate their growth potential, it added.
In an all-cash and stock deal, PayReview will now be a part of PeopleStrong’s HR Tech 4.0 platform bringing work pay and talent compensation together, delivering an intuitive and powerful solution designed to automate the compensation review and increment process,”.
The acquisition of PayReview, founded in 2017 by Anuraag Srivastav (CEO) and Dinesh Gadge (Director Technology) and which has more than 100 enterprise customers, will bolster PeopleStrong’s capabilities, bringing efficiency and transparency to traditional compensation management, enabling enterprises across APAC to drive data-backed talent strategies and improve business profitability.
PayReview, established in 2017, has over 100 clients in the HR and talent tech space including L&T and Mahindra Logistics. While, the PeopleStrong, has over 500 enterprises across the Asia Pacific. The acquisition will bolster PeopleStrong’s capabilities, bringing efficiency and transparency to traditional compensation management, enabling enterprises across APAC to drive data-backed talent strategies and improve business profitability.
