GARHWA: Shiv Narayan Dubey passed away here on Wednesday. He breathed his last at his residence at the age of 74. He was originally from Gada-Khurd village of Kandi block but settled in the town since early 1967. He started working when he was just at 17 years old.
“As the embodied Soul continuously passes, in this body, from boyhood to youth to old age, the Soul similarly passes into another body at death. A sober person is not bewildered by such a change.” – Bhagwad Gita.
He was the senior most (Taied) in Garhwa civil court, practicing since 70s. He was among them, who worked with several judges and lawyers in the district court in last fifty years. Besides his profession, he was a good human being who helped countless needy people during his tenure. He was also the founding member of ‘Taied Sangh’ Garhwa civil court.
Shiv Narayan Dubey is survived by his wife along with a son and four daughters and other kith and kin i.e. Shailendra Dubey, Pratima, Pratibha Pratigya and Priyanka. He also left behind his two beloved brothers – Ram Narayan Dubey and Suresh Narayan Dubey, both of them are working in Civil Court.
