NEW DELHI: Amid the controversy rises after Nupur Sharma and Navin Jindal alleged remarks over Prophet, the Bhartiya Janta Party removes saffron colour from its background, and adopt blue-white theme during a meeting of the state executive of Delhi BJP in the Naveen Shahdara district.
The party used blue and white colours on the main stage instead of saffron that has been used until this. It is learnt that the BJP has been securing the benefits of polarisation, the party is now trying to resort to various damage control methods amid countrywide protests.
Though all participants wore custom-made caps from Gujarat, barring the posters portraying Narendra Modi’s 8 years, all other posters used blue and white colours.
