DEHRADUN: The Global Education and Corporate Leadership (GECL) on its 4th Annual function honoured Dr Prem Lal Joshi with ‘Lifetime Award’. This award was presented with collaboration with LWT India, a Rajasthan based company and Tula Institute of Engineering and Management, Dehradun.
The lifetime award is an acknowledgement for one’s contribution in any field. Dr. Joshi has been awarded since he has done a great contribution for the society as whole for publishing over 140 research papers, widely acknowledged across the globe. He also authors nine books as yet.
Dr. Joshi, an eminent scholar hails from Pauri Garhwal. He has been the Ex- Professor of Accounting at Multimedia University, Malaysia and University of Bahrain. He has also been a Senior Fellow of ICSSR, at WRC, Mumbai. He is the founder and editor in chief of four international journals in Accounting.
Furthermore, he has been the visiting faculty of several premier institutions in India, Asia, Africa and. He has received more than a dozen awards including prestigious 26th Bharat Nirman Award.
On this occasion, Prof. Dr. H.S. Dhami Vice Chancellor of Uttarakhand Residency University. He was once the Vice-Chancellor of Kumaon University also. Prof. Dr. Sandip Vijay, Director of Tula Institute, Mr. Sunil Kumar CEO and Director of LWT India and Dr. Niranjan Lal Associate Professor, Modi University and Director of LWT India.
