PALAMAU: Guru Pandey, a distinguished (Social Activist), on Saturday donated five lakhs fifty one thousands to Barkagaon Mandir Committee. The committee is constructing the Surya Temple there which is expected to be completed by next year.
Guru Pandey (46), hails from Karakat Bandua village of the same district, handed over the cheque, urging people to use this money for the causes only.
Interacting to the people out there, he expresses desire to perform mass marriage of at least (11 kanya) in the same temple premises after its completion next year. He asked committee to find out suitable family who are unable to bear the cost of marriages.
Following it, many villagers including the members of temple committee, Dilip Pandey (Activist), Ashutosh, Brijesh among them were present on this occasions.
GP team was trying to connect with them for comment, however, none of them was available for the same.
